The "Thought Box" Concept

I’d like to explain the concept of this newsletter.

Imagine you are drawing a imaginary box in your head. What do you need? Come, draw with me! ⬆️-➡️-⬇️-⬅️ 

There she is! But let me explain a little bit:

⬆️: My mood risers
➡️: Things that I am looking forward
⬇️: Things that are pulling me down
⬅️: Throwback to some inspirational quotes

Each newsletter will have all these four arrows to complete my thought box for that week.
